All practitioners are able to provide services supported by Medicare and private health funds. We are able to accept the Enhanced Primary Care Plan, Mental Health Care Plan and Autism/PDD Allied Health Scheme. In order to access these Medicare services you require a referral from an appropriate medical practitioner.
Referrals can be made via phone, email or fax. If you wish to speak to a practitioner before making a referral, please feel free to contact us.
